Registrations are required for all attendees (attendees will be sent a link for the event via email). \n\nMr. Kyle Longton will discuss 2026 benefits and OPM initiatives, lifelong health/wellness and support for chronic conditions, and Open Season activities. He also will review any changes in the FEDVIP program, and the latest on Medicare, including Federal Medicare Advantage Plans and Prescription Drug Plans.\n \nKyle Longton serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the American Foreign Service Protective Association (AFSPA). In this role, he provides strategic direction and executive leadership to all of AFSPA’s programs including the Foreign Service Benefit Plan, AFSPA’s health plan administered under contract with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. The plan provides coverage to more than 100,000 members around the world and processes claims exceeding $600 million each year. In addition, Kyle provides executive management of AFSPA’s ancillary insurance programs, offering dental, life, disability, and critical illness coverage to AFSPA’s members, as well as AFSPA’s professional services partnerships.   \n\nKyle also serves as the Executive Director of the Senior Living Foundation (SLF) of the American Foreign Service. In this role, he facilitates educational opportunities and manages more than $600,000 each year in grants to elderly members of the Foreign Service community with demonstrated needs.  \n\nWith more than a decade of experience in the Federal space, Kyle has participated in panel discussions for events sponsored by the Department of State, Conference Board, Hinge Health, and Teladoc Health, among others. He is a passionate advocate for access to the latest advances in health care and virtual solutions for Federal employees, annuitants, and their families around the world, and he serves on the volunteer advisory board for both Hinge Health and Teladoc Health.\n\nKyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Centre College of Kentucky and a Master of International Affairs degree from George Washington University. He is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), as designated by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), as designated by the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP).
