All DACOR members are welcome to attend the Special Members' Meeting called by DACOR President Angela Dickey either virtually or in-person. During the meeting, a conversation and vote will be held on the suggested inrease of membership dues over the 2025 COLA. All DACOR members have been sent emails explaining the dues increase proposal and providing the virtual join link. The 2025 DACOR budget includes provisions for increasing the membership dues by 18.7 percent--to $495 for residents and $175 for non-residents--and instituting a one-time “initiation” fee for new members only—of $250 for residents and $100 for nonresidents. Per the DACOR Bylaws, raising the dues beyond the COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment set each year by the Social Security Administration) requires a special membership meeting.
President Angela Dickey has called a special membership meeting on Monday, November 25 at 12:30 pm EST in order to consider a dues increase.
