Vladimir Milov is a well-known Russian economist, energy expert, and opposition politician. He served as Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation (2002), later founded the Institute of Energy Policy, and has been a long-standing critic of the Kremlin. He co-authored the report ‘Putin. The Results’ with Boris Nemtsov (later assassinated in Moscow), and today serves as Vice President for International Advocacy at the Free Russia Foundation. He was an adviser to Alexey Navalny on economic and international affairs.
