Join us for an in-depth exploration of the varied and vibrant world of Australian wines for the Annual Newberry Wine Tasting. Certified Specialist of Wine and Sommelier Rachael Hotaling (formerly Buehrer) returns to DACOR to share her knowledge about the wines of Oz. Forget those wallaby labeled bottles you see everywhere; the evening will feature a selection of wines that highlight Australia's diverse viticulture and great terroir. Learn about what to look for in white, red and sparkling wines form the land down under as well as tips on tasting wines in general. In addition to the wines, the event will feature paired food.
This will be a fun and delicious evening for DACOR members and their guests. It is also a great opportunity to invite prospective members to experience a wonderful cultural event in our beautiful House.
