DACOR name tags are white and feature a color DACOR logo and the member's name in black. Available in three fastener types: pocket slide, pin or magnet. Please note that anyone with a pace maker should not use the magnetic name tag. 

Please provide the member's name as it should appear on the name tag in the Order Notes field when you check out. Please double-check for accuracy before submittal. Name tag orders as submitted by the customer are final.

Please note that DACOR orders name tags through a third party: The time between placing your order and receiving it will be longer than other items in our Boutique. The shipping costs for name tags are included in the cost of the item -- any name tags ordered will not count towards our Boutique's tiered shipping costs.
